Position: Grants Consultant
Location: Ontario (On-Site/Hybrid – Toronto office)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation Transparency (Ontario Compliance)
Base Salary Range: CAD $60,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonus eligibility.
Salary will not be negotiated outside of this posted range, in accordance with Ontario legislation.
Function of the role:
As a Grants Consultant at Leyton Canada, you will play a critical role in helping Canadian companies access non-repayable government funding to support innovation, growth, and technological advancement. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams in science, engineering, and technology, you will support clients by identifying relevant grant opportunities, developing strong funding strategies, and preparing high-quality applications. This role blends technical insight, strategic analysis, and strong communication skills.
