The Role

The Business Data Analyst role at Terzo will put the right candidate on the ground floor of Enterprise Artificial Intelligence ("AI"). The Business Data Analyst works with proprietary AI and data to deliver projects for the company's customers. The work includes contributing to AI model training and quality assurance, as well as managing daily and weekly tasks to meet demanding customer deadlines.

In the role, the Business Data Analyst will become familiar with AI technology and how the technology is shaping the enterprise workplace. Through completion of daily and weekly tasks and projects, the Business Data Analyst will also gain in-depth exposure to unstructured data sources across the enterprise and how improvement of these data sources through systemic data processing can improve business performance.

Transform Unstructured Data into Powerful Terzo Reports and Dashboards

• Analyze critical unstructured data and seamlessly integrate it into Terzo's cutting-edge reports and dashboards.

Craft and Execute Strategic Plans to Achieve Customer Objectives

• Design and implement innovative plans and strategies tailored to surpass customer goals and drive success.

Spot and Resolve Data Discrepancies with Precision

• Identify and rectify data inconsistencies with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Execute Data-Intensive Special Projects with Expertise

Qualifications & Requirements

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office
• Ability to read and understand business documents and spreadsheets
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with team members
• College-level knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation in the English language
• Must be fluent in English and Portuguese
• Must be able to work in-office in Montreal, QC between 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to get to Montreal, QC
• Working vocabulary in business, financial, accounting, and legal terms is a plus
• The most common background for this role is a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, pre-law, education, psychology, or a social sciences field.
