Role OverviewWe are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee multiple areas of the warehouse, including parts and finished goods, as well as an additional specialized operation. This is a hands-on supervisory role, managing a small team while ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and excellent workflow across all sections of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 3–5 warehouse staff, providing leadership, guidance, and performance management
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and organization
  • Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Step in operationally as needed, including forklift operation for challenging loads
  • Support specialized operations with both physical tasks and light system/computer management
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and preparation for inventory counts
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and participate in the Health & Safety Committee
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 2–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including team supervision
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage performance, attendance, and diverse personalities
  • Forklift experience required; certification can be obtained if necessary
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email) – intermediate level preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred, but not mandatory
  • Ability to lift up to ~50 lbs and operate in a physically active environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
Work Environment & Schedule
  • 50% hands-on floor work / 50% administrative tasks
  • Standard hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexibility as required
  • Fast-paced warehouse environment with multiple operational priorities
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $80K–$90K, depending on experience
  • Bonus potential (subject to change)
  • Full benefits and pension consistent with other company roles
