Alcor Solutions is seeking to hire a Senior Consultant – Techno-Functional (ServiceNow HRSD). The ideal candidate will possess strong business and technical consulting expertise with in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow’s Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
In this role, you will lead the consulting, design, implementation, and support of HRSD solutions, partnering closely with clients to align business objectives with platform capabilities.
As a trusted advisor, you will deliver best practices, mentor junior consultants, and ensure successful project outcomes.
This position requires an individual who can work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HRSD implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Act as a domain expert in ServiceNow HRSD, guiding clients in transforming HR processes and improving employee experience.
- Translate HR business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices, scalability, and security standards.
- Configure and customize HRSD applications, including Employee Center, Case and Knowledge Management, Talent Development and lifecycle events.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of best practice frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, scoping, and estimation.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging ServiceNow HRSD features, releases, and roadmap alignment.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver integrations, reports, and dashboards supporting HR KPIs.
Required Skills & Competencies:
ServiceNow HRSD Domain Skills
- Expertise in Case and Knowledge Management for HR services.
- Strong knowledge of the Employee Center (EC Pro), including portal design and employee experience enhancements (Like Manager Hub, Approval Hub etc.)
- Proficiency in consulting, designing and maintaining Lifecycle Events (Employee Journey Management).
- Strong Understanding of connected HR systems (Like Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Sailpoint etc) , Good understanding of Employee Document Management and e-Signature integrations.
- Familiarity with Advanced Work Assignment, Employee Relation case management and other complex HR workflows.
- Understanding of HR Agent Workspace for efficient case resolution.
- Strong understanding of the HR data model, security, and compliance considerations.
Consulting & Functional Competencies
- Ability to lead medium to complex projects with moderate risk and complexity.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer focus, with the ability to build trusted HR business relationships.
- Skilled in workshops, requirement gathering, and translating HR needs into ServiceNow HRSD functionality.
- Problem-solving mindset to address non-standard HR processes and complex challenges.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–6 years of consulting experience, with at least 2+ years in ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS–HRSD) highly recommended.
