ERP Manager – Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central / NAV)

Qorali are proudly partnering with a nationally recognised, rapidly expanding organisation who are investing heavily in their technology landscape. As part of their continued growth, they are building out their internal ERP capability and are now seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead the evolution, optimisation, and future enhancement of their Microsoft Dynamics environment.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on ERP leader who can guide a small network of super users, collaborate closely with business functions, and oversee the enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics or ERP systems. You will be the internal champion of ERP best practices; connecting business needs with effective system solutions and coaching others to adopt new ways of working.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Serve as the organisation’s internal ERP authority, leading current and future phases of Business Central / NAV development
• Collaborate with super users, functional teams, and external partners to enhance system performance
• Champion ERP governance, user adoption, and best‑practice usage
• Oversee system configuration, maintenance, permissions, and stability
• Provide high‑level support across modules, particularly inventory, supply chain, and warehouse operations
• Lead system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for new builds or modifications
• Map existing business processes and identify opportunities for streamlining
• Redesign workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and inventory operations
• Build and maintain the data warehouse, ensuring strong data governance and integrity
• Develop SQL queries and custom reports to support key decision‑makers
• Utilise Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to deliver dashboards, metrics, and data models
• Own master data management and data standards across functional areas
• Train and mentor power users and business teams
• Provide clear communication, guidance, and feedback to ensure alignment across departments
• Work closely with leadership to support IT strategy, digital transformation, and operational growth
• Liaise with MSPs and technical partners to ensure effective delivery and system improvements

🎯 What You Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in ERP leadership or senior ERP Support Manager
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or NAV
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse modules, and operational flows
• Skills in SQL, report building, and data analysis
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and data warehousing tools
• Ability to translate business needs into practical ERP solutions
• Excellent communicator—clear, concise, and collaborative
• Proven ability to lead without authority, influence teams, and drive adoption
• A proactive, improvement‑focused mindset with high attention to detail
