Job DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable Office Administrator who undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The main tasks of the office administrator will include scheduling, treatment coordination and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Key Responsibilities:
* collection of accrued fees
* manage correspondences
* generate various managerial reports
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary
* manage supplies and oversee contracts
* proactively market and promote office building projects
* manage accounts receivable and payment plans
* scheduling, appointment control and recall management
* interact with insurance companies (e.g. predetermination, claim submission
* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
* Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
* High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
