Position Details: The Bilingual Associate, Dealer Care is responsible for handling administrative tasks for Originations, including custom program creation, document review, proof of income verification, and managing incoming and outgoing calls for both Credit and Funding. The role requires reviewing files to approve, condition, or decline based on documentation and liaising with dealers and BDMs to resolve complex applications. This position reports to the Manager, Dealer Care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process calls for Credit and Funding from dealer partners, BDMs, and customers while building relationships to foster trust.
• Review AML documents and perform additional due diligence for higher‑risk deals.
• Review the Credit inbox and memos including document verification, proof of income verification, and custom program requests.
• Review the Funding inbox including BDM requests and manual uploads and action aged held offerings.
• Provide backup support for Credit or Funding queues and assist with translations.
• Perform any other ad hoc requests as required.

Qualifications

• French and English Required
• Credit Analyst or Admin experience an asset
• Thorough funding and loan documentation knowledge
• Thorough knowledge of the credit/review process and credit analysis an asset
• 1+ years Call center experience
• FiServ/Defi knowledge a plus or knowledge of automated credit decision system(s)

Education and Certification:

• High school graduate. College degree is an asset.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both internal and external customers.
• Team‑building and collaborative skills.
• Ability to assist in training new hire credit analysts.
