Join our Art Tools Development team as a Senior Technical Animator. Leveraging your expertise and deep knowledge of Unreal Engine, you will contribute to the integration and optimization of our animation pipeline within the game engine. You will also develop tools to help our teams efficiently produce the animations required for our projects.
Please note that this is a 6‑month contract, with the possibility of extension.
In this role you will :Design and develop tools that enable animation teams to work directly within Unreal and fully leverage its available features.
Identify weaknesses in the animation pipeline, stay current with technological advancements, and propose appropriate solutions.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve bugs related to tools.
Maintain tools and ensure connectivity between the various devices used in animation.
Write documentation and share knowledge with animation and programming teams.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical animation.
Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine, particularly the animation module.
Knowledge of C++ and Python.
Solid understanding of rigging and skinning techniques, as well as animation principles.
