Ai Engineer/developer

Mandatory Details

Minimum 5 years software engineering experience

1. 5+ years experience with Python (or java) development with a focus on designing and developing enterprise platforms to build agentic AI applications (solid understanding of conversational AI, chat-based systems, or agent-based architectures)

2. 3+ years experience with Vertex AI for model development, deployment, and operations (google and azure experience, NOT AWS)

3. Practical knowledge of LLM orchestration frameworks (, LangGraph or similar agent frameworks).

4. Must have knowledge of telephony systems, voice platforms, or contact center technologies.

3-4 times a week at on-site (Flexibility given if extensive AI experience))

Description

One of TEKsystems' top clients is seeking AI Engineers to design, build, and scale advanced agentic AI platforms that power conversational and telephony-based customer experiences. This role focuses on building foundational AI infrastructure leveraging Google Cloud, Vertex AI, LangGraph, and modern LLM frameworks to support omni‑channel interactions (chat, voice, and telephony).

You will play a key role in creating reusable, extensible platforms that enable intelligent agents across digital and voice channels.

You will participate in defining technical solutions, code architectures, and will be responsible for developing and delivering production-ready code. The ideal candidate will be someone who genuinely enjoys problem-solving and writing high-quality code to build robust, highly distributed, and scalable data processing systems and pipelines.
