Salary: $45,760 - 62,400 per year
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support position
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Technical degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to operate in a structured, process-oriented environment
- Familiarity with transaction processing systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of RS232 communication (preferred)
- Experience with industrial or embedded systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with hardware/software integration (preferred)
- Industry knowledge in petroleum systems or similar fields (preferred)
