Job description
Location: South East Oakville, ON Schedule: Part-time/Full-time (25–40 hours/week). Guaranteed Full-Time Weekends Optional Weekday Evenings. Compensation: Best in Class (Commensurate with experience and qualifications). About the Family We are a warm and welcoming family based in South East Oakville looking for a caring, nurturing, and reliable nanny to join us. We have two children: a 12-month-old infant and a 3-year-old toddler. We value a gentle, patient, and educational approach to childcare. Job Responsibilities Childcare: Care for both children, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Education & Development: Plan age-appropriate activities, including reading, crafts, and educational games to support cognitive and fine motor development. Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for the children. Housekeeping (Kids Only): Maintain cleanliness of children's rooms, play areas, and kitchen after preparing kids' meals. Handle children’s laundry. Routine Management: Manage nap times and hygiene routines (diapering, potty training support, bathing). Requirements Experience: Prior professional nannying experience is a must, specifically with infants and toddlers. Language: Proficient in native English Personality: Gentle, patient, reliable, and genuinely good with children. Education: ECE (Early Childhood Education) diploma is an added advantage. Background: Excellent references would be great! What We Offer Competitive "best-in-class" pay rate. Stable and consistent hours (Weekends mandatory, optional evenings). A respectful and supportive working environment Timings: Below is the most idea timings for us but we are open to make small adjustment to ensure it works out for us and you.
