Our client, a well-established boutique accounting firm in Lethbridge, is seeking a seasoned public accounting professional to step into a key leadership role, either as a Manager or Senior Manager. The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Owner/Partner, you’ll take ownership of:

• Managing & Reviewing compilation engagements.
• Preparing and reviewing personal, corporate, trust, and charity returns.
• Overseeing workflow, staff performance, and team development.
• Building trusted, face-to-face relationships with clients.

For the right individual, this role can be a springboard to partnership as part of the firm’s long-term succession plan.

What You Bring

• CPA designation in good standing.
• 2+ years at the Manager level in public practice.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
