Rambler Fabrication is now looking to add a B-Pressure Welder to the team.

Work Schedule: Day Shift – Monday to Thursday - 6:00am to 4:30 pm

Role & Responsibilities:

· Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications

· Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as; gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW)

· Stainless steel, gas metal arc welding (GMAW), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), and submerged arc welding etc.

· Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment

· Assist with the maintenance and repair of welding equipment

· May adjust welding heads and tooling according to work specifications

· Mentor and train apprentices

· Must follow all company policies and procedures including Trotter & Morton’s Health and Safety program

· Understand and follow company Quality Control Program

· Performs other duties as required

Required Skills:

· Strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Team player and results orientated

· Strong oral and written communication skills,

· Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Required Experience:

· Experience with SMAW/FCAW/MCAW/GMAW/GTAW welding is essential, other welding experience is an asset

· Minimum 3 Years of experience in pressure piping / vessels / stainless steel welding and fabrication environment

· B-Pressure certification required

· Must possess a valid Alberta Journeyperson Certificate with Interprovincial Red Seal in Welding is preferred

· Must have CSTS/ WHIMIS
