Essential: - Experience performing clerical and administrative duties in an office environment, such as data entry, preparing specialized or highly complex documents, processing detailed documentation, and manual and electronic file maintenance.
- Experience performing accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations (required for financial clerk positions only).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and effectively manage deadlines.
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience interpreting and applying policies and/or procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate effective working relationships with colleagues, other departments, and a variety of partners.
- Effective verbal communication skills to clearly and professionally communicate with internal and external partners.
- Effective written communication skills, with experience drafting and editing correspondence or other communications.
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) or similar software applications.

- Experience working with SAP (Financial Module) or an equivalent financial management software.
