Logistics Clerk / Warehouse Administrator to support our client's distribution operations in Vaughan, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving documentation, maintaining purchase order accuracy, supporting customer service inquiries, and ensuring smooth warehouse workflow. This position is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and experience within a retail distribution or warehouse environment.

- Schedule: 11:00pm - 7;00am | Tuesday to Saturday

Responsibilities: - Complete and release all scheduled orders out of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for selection
- Prepare trailer maps for loaders and validate loading process
- Prepare and amalgamate load sheets
- Create Bills of Lading electronically or manually
- Respond to all Customer Service enquiries on a timely manner
- Distribute incoming mail to appropriate customers within their delivery guidelines
- Work closely with Dispatch Team and Logistics to ensure that all delivery documentation is available for execution of on-time deliveries
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Direct all drivers coming into the building
- Pull purchase orders and sort by vendor and appointment
- Match and compare packing slips and bill of ladings to purchase orders
- Run receiving labels for purchase orders designated for receiving
- Verify and adjust purchase orders in WMS
- Close purchase orders once verification has been completed
- Add, change, and delete purchase orders from existing appointments
- Maintain positive relationships with drivers and staff
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements
- Work within team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications: - Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or auditing is an asset.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience working in a retail distribution or support center (preferred).
- Working knowledge of WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
