Healthcare Customer Service Representative for a full-time opportunity in Moncton, NB. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, administrative environment and is passionate about supporting clients in the healthcare sector.
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, handling inquiries, and supporting billing and administrative processes. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
- Pay Rate: $26.57/hour
- Location: Moncton, NB
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexible start/end times)
- Contract: Temp-to-perm potential

Responsibilities- Process customer orders from intake to completion, including both front-end and back-end tasks
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing timely support
- Manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Maintain customer records and update information within internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and issue resolution
- Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and documentation
- Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy in a healthcare environment
Requirements- Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems
- Experience in healthcare or medical supply environments considered an asset
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada
