  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including cost estimates, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Apply judgment to optimize trade-offs between features, cost, and schedule, ensuring product-market fit and manufacturability.
  • Facilitate collaborative decision-making, leveraging structured problem-solving tools and processes to overcome technical and operational challenges.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, ensuring transparency, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion product ownership, developing a deep understanding of customer use cases and translating insights into product enhancements.
  • Contribute to organizational excellence by continuously improving NPD processes, tools, and policies.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Deep familiarity with AIAG quality processes (APQP, FMEA, PPAP) and their application in product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, drive cross-functional collaboration, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working closely with operations and supply chain to ensure production readiness and material availability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Consistently exhibit and model company values (Collaboration, Perseverance, Innovation, Driving Results).
