Business Program Analyst

Adecco is currently hiring a Business Program Manager for a 6-month contract opportunity based in Vancouver, BC. This role is ideal for a highly experienced program management professional with a strong background in stakeholder management, analytics, and partner ecosystem strategy.
In this role, you will manage and execute strategic partner programs, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners while driving performance, enablement, and commercial success.

• Pay Rate: $91.19-$101.50/hour
  
• Location: Vancouver, BC
  
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  
• Contract: 6-month contract

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute partner strategy programs, including partner selection, performance tracking, and commercial agreements
  
• Support partner enablement offerings, services, and readiness initiatives
  
• Track and analyze program performance, including OKRs, ROI, and partner capability growth
  
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, field teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and program success
  
• Assist in managing program budgets and investments to ensure effective resource allocation
  
• Facilitate partner communications, escalations, and ongoing engagement support
  
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key program metrics and performance indicators
  
• Conduct data analysis and reporting, including SQL-based insights where required
  

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
  
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management from initiation through delivery
  
• Strong stakeholder management experience across internal and external partners
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong reporting ability
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  
• Experience working within a partner ecosystem or channel-focused organization
  
• Ability to work with SQL for data extraction and analysis (nice to have)
  
• Experience in the tech industry, especially cloud environments such as Google Cloud (an asset)
  
• Familiarity with partner enablement programs, readiness frameworks, or training initiatives (an asset)
