Power Platform Developer

Salary: $90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or Data Science/Analytics
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise application development and integration
• Minimum of 5 years specifically developing solutions with Azure App Services, Logic Apps, and Power Platform
• Demonstrated 24 months of practical experience in Power Platform Developer Associate-level tasks
• Proficient in Javascript, HTML/XML, SQL Server, Visual Basic, Power Builder, Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Python, React
• Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint Online
• Valid Secret-level security clearance with the Government of Canada
• Certifications such as PL-300 (Power BI), PL-400 (Developer), PL-200 (Functional Consultant), MB-400, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or Azure Security Engineer are advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Create optimized SharePoint Online pages that improve user experience and facilitate access to organizational resources
• Develop customized Power Apps solutions to automate essential workflows, enhance data accuracy, and promote digital transformation in business processes
• Produce interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to convert raw data into actionable insights for leadership
• Collaborate with end users, business owners, and stakeholders to gather detailed user requirements and business cases
• Establish a structured development environment with standardized protocols, version control, and deployment workflows aligned with enterprise architecture
• Integrate digital solutions by linking Power Apps with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and Microsoft Fabric for secure, real-time data exchange
• Create user-friendly forms, manuals, training materials, and guides to support user adoption of developed applications
• Provide timely support services by addressing and resolving user-submitted tickets regarding issues and technical challenges
