Job Title: Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Procurement Oversight
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all purchasing and supply chain operations across corporate and franchise locations.
• Develop and maintain sourcing strategies, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory levels, forecasts, and replenishment cycles to optimize operational efficiency.
Reporting & Data Analytics
• Track, measure, and report on purchasing performance, supplier metrics, and supply chain KPIs.
• Provide structured analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, risks, and potential bottlenecks.
• Maintain dashboards, logs, and documentation to support forecasting, decision-making, and executive reporting.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Oversee internal and external teams, including procurement staff, warehouse, and vendor partners.
• Establish clear reporting lines, communication channels, and accountability structures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Construction, and Executive teams to align supply chain initiatives with business goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all purchasing and supply chain matters.
Process Improvement & Standardization
• Implement structured processes and best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and standardize operations across locations.
• Develop templates, checklists, and toolkits to support repeatable procurement success.
• Identify opportunities to optimize vendor selection, ordering schedules, and workflow.
Vendor & Site Coordination
• Conduct regular vendor visits and audits to ensure compliance with standards and contracts.
• Provide guidance and support to store-level teams regarding supply chain needs.
• Ensure alignment between head office expectations and on-the-ground realities.
Qualifications & Profile
• 7-10 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, ideally in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and report data for decision-making.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
• Fluently bilingual in written and spoken French and English.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and implementing structured processes is a strong asset.
