What- the Opportunity:
On behalf of our Client, SWIM is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on a 2 month contract basis to start who will be reporting directly into a passionate Customer Success Manager.
Who- the Candidate:
Our client is looking for a motivated and proactive team player to join their operations team.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year of recent, relevant experience in a customer-facing role, along with strong communication skills (both written and spoken), a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
We’re seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities throughout the day. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in bringing your best to the office every day, and be excited to contribute to a tight-knit, supportive workplace with a family feel.
Strong computer skills are essential, particularly in Microsoft Office. Professionalism, reliability, and a can-do attitude will help you thrive in this role.
What- the Role:
- Provide an outstanding customer experience that encourages repeat business.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, phone, and web chat.
- Communicate with warmth and empathy, always aiming to leave a positive impression.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, representing the company’s values and commitment to service excellence.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are directed to the right departments, such as technical support, sales, or field service.
- Support order entry and service coordination as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Where:
Delta, BC - This role is fully office-based and would be a great fit for candidates located in Delta, Surrey, Ladner, Tsawwassen, or Richmond.
How Much:
The role starts on contract at $24–$28 per hour plus 4% vacation pay depending on experience.
