Step into the role of Customer Sales Associate and become the trusted advisor that our customers rely on when they visit our Trane Supply stores!

Your expertise and knowledge will be invaluable as you assist customers with their various needs, from resolving parts or equipment issues to delivering high-quality parts and solutions in a timely fashion. To excel in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of our product offerings, consistently achieve sales goals, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills. Taking ownership of the order management process will also be crucial in ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.

Embrace this opportunity to make a positive impact and be the go-to person for our valued customers! This role is a hybrid Warehouse Associate/Customer Sales Associate.

What you will do:

  • Provide support to customers and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Partners with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-on extensions.
  • Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.
  • Keep current knowledge of Trane Products, offerings, and promotions to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales.
  • Interact with customers both on the phone and in person.
  • Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery – entering quotes and invoices and follow through on fulfillment.
  • Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations
  • Warehouse Maintenance Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Forklift operation, inventory management, logistics coordination, and shipping/receiving procedures.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

What you will bring:

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Inside sales, retail, or related experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service even in challenging situations.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$50,900.00 - $119,900.00
