Duties:
The Records and Registration Systems Specialist provides essential overall support to the Office of the Registrar.
The Records and Registration Systems Specialist produces conflict-free final exam schedules for students and faculty, runs both ad hoc and regularly scheduled reports for staff and faculty, produces the annual Deans' Honour List, and maintains student record data, including merging duplicate records.
They manage the Personal Education Numbers (PEN) verification and assignment process, including working with contacts at the Ministry of Education to verify and maintain specific student data.
The Records and Registration Systems Specialist keeps the Office of the Registrar's web sites and forms up to date. They also trouble-shoot issues with printers, other technology, or software programs used by the staff in the Office of the Registrar.
Required Qualifications:
Two-year diploma in a related field from an appropriately accredited institution, and three years' recent, related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
