Job description

Who we are At Yorkville University and Toronto Film School, we believe education is more than the pursuit of knowledge – it is a catalyst for transformation.

Our mission, grounded in democratizing education, is to create access for learners from every background and empower them to achieve their aspirations and advance their careers.

We are committed to delivering rigorous, flexible programs that are both personally fulfilling and professionally rewarding, while contributing to the betterment of society.

Since 2004, Yorkville has been among Canada’s few private, for-profit, fully accredited degree-granting universities, with campuses in Ontario, British Columbia, and New Brunswick.

Together with Toronto Film School, we offer creative and academic pathways at both the college and university levels, cultivating a multidisciplinary environment where innovation and the arts converge.

Our community is vibrant and diverse.

Many of our learners are adults balancing education with careers and personal commitments.

Every member of our team – whether in teaching, operations, or technology – is dedicated to removing barriers and expanding access.

Together, we deliver flexible, industry-informed learning that leads to meaningful opportunities. At our core is human connection – guiding people to reimagine their futures in a community defined by opportunity, creativity, and growth.

Who we need Reporting to the Associate Director of Outreach & Partnerships, we are hiring an Outreach Coordinator to join us in a high-impact operational role supporting the university’s partnership and enrollment growth strategy - a growing department that is redesigning how we develop partnerships and expand student recruitment through corporate relationships and academic pathways.

As the Outreach Coordinator, you will manage the central partnership database, coordinate contract documentation and approvals, and act as a liaison across outreach managers, academic leadership, legal, and external partners, playing a key role in ensuring partnership initiatives move from agreement to implementation efficiently and effectively.

This is an existing full-time role, working 2 days remotely and 3 days on-site at 85 Richmond with a move to our new headquarters at 120 Bloor Street East in Spring 2027. What’s in it for you Shape a growing function.

This role sits at the centre of a newly expanding Outreach and Partnerships team that is redefining how Yorkville University and Toronto Film School build relationships with corporate and academic partners.

You will bring structure and organization to partnership agreements, helping the team scale its work and expand student pathways.

Work across the institution and beyond.

You will collaborate with corporate partners, colleges, universities, academic leadership, and internal teams, gaining firsthand experience supporting articulation agreements and corporate education partnerships.

This role offers broad visibility across departments and insight into how partnerships are developed, approved, and implemented within a university environment.

Grow your career in higher education operations.

As the partnerships function continues to evolve, you will deepen your expertise in operational coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and partnership administration.

This role offers the opportunity to build valuable experience within a growing institution and contribute to initiatives that support long-term institutional growth.

How will you make an impact Manage and optimize the partnership hub.

You will establish, maintain, and continuously improve the central SharePoint portal for partnership documentation, workflows, and data integrity.

You will ensure partnership agreements, communications, and supporting documentation are accurate, accessible, and aligned with institutional policies, provincial regulations, and strategic priorities.

Coordinate partnership agreements and implementation.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of partnership agreements, from preparing standardized templates for Articulation Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding to execution and onboarding.

Acting as a liaison among outreach managers, academic leadership, legal stakeholders, and external partners, you will ensure a smooth transition from signed agreements to active student pathways.

You will review contracts for accuracy, formatting, and compliance, proactively monitor renewal timelines, and flag updates to relevant stakeholders.

Maintain visibility and communication across partnerships.

You will maintain the central partnership database and ensure key stakeholders across the institution are aware of active agreements and partnership updates.

You will support internal communication and coordination so that outreach managers, academics, and admissions teams can effectively leverage partnership opportunities.

Support strategic outreach and portfolio growth.

You will collaborate with recruitment and outreach teams to support corporate and academic partnership initiatives aligned with institutional growth and enrolment objectives.

You will contribute to improvements in policies, processes, and systems that strengthen the institution’s partnership portfolio.

Collaborate across departments.

You will work with cross-functional teams including academics, admissions, regulatory and compliance, enrolment services, and the Registrar’s Office to implement partnership agreements effectively and support institutional initiatives.

What you bring The education and sector experience.

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a background in post-secondary education, academic administration, or partnership coordination.

You bring exposure to academic partnerships, student recruitment (domestic and/or international), and an understanding of how programs and pathways are developed and structured within a higher education environment.

The knowledge.

Y ou understand the fundamentals of Memorandums of Understanding, articulation agreements, and academic pathways, and how they support institutional growth and partnership strategies.

You are comfortable working in a B2B context, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, and adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The technical skills.

You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with systems such as Salesforce and SharePoint to manage documentation, workflows, and partnership data.

You are confident in maintaining accurate records, organizing complex information, and using technology to create structure, visibility, and efficiency across processes.

Experience with AI-assisted tools such as Copilot is an asset.

The organization and attention to detail.

You bring a meticulous approach to reviewing documents, contracts, and partnership materials, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and compliance with institutional standards.

You take pride in maintaining clear systems and documentation that allow teams to work efficiently and avoid operational blind spots.

The adaptability.

You thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift and multiple initiatives progress simultaneously.

Highly organized and resourceful, you enjoy bringing order to complexity and implementing processes that enable teams to scale their work effectively.

The communication skills.

You are highly articulate and professional in your communication and can engage confidently with academic leaders, corporate partners, and internal teams.

You facilitate alignment across stakeholders and ensure information is communicated clearly and accurately.
