Retail, Displays & Events
We are looking for a Merchandising Manager to lead the operational performance and evolution of our retail and event merchandising environments. This role requires someone who can bring structure, improve processes, and ensure merchandising initiatives are delivered efficiently and generate measurable business value. The right candidate will focus on building scalable systems, increasing speed of execution, and ensuring strong collaboration across teams.
You act as the central driver of cross-department collaboration, bringing together Sales, Creative, Events, Production, and Logistics to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and ensure merchandising initiatives are delivered efficiently and on brand. You will oversee the team responsible for designing dealer displays, outdoor merchandising environments, and event installations. Working closely with the Creative Lead and Project Manager, you will ensure merchandising initiatives are delivered on time, operate efficiently, and support the broader brand and marketing strategy.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and execution, requiring someone who can build strong processes, improve team performance, and drive measurable results.
