iMerit is hiring experienced AI trainers to help train cutting-edge multimodal AI systems used by leading AI labs. You’ll work on complex, high-stakes projects involving text, images, video, and audio, where precision and quality are critical.

This is advanced, not beginner, annotation work. Tasks can take 4+ hours and require strong attention to detail, accuracy, excellent native-level English writing skills, and the ability to follow lengthy, complex, and sometimes ambiguous guidelines.
You’ll work under tight deadlines and, in some cases, directly on customer platforms, where quality standards are extremely high. This role is best suited for people who enjoy deep focus, problem-solving, and highly detail-oriented work.
Advancement opportunities to Reviewer and QA positions are performance-based. We regularly promote people from within projects.
