Working hours: 37.5 hours (flexible)
Duration: 4 months
Location: Montreal Sorting Centre (Saint-Laurent - Flexibility regarding location if needed.)
Hybrid model (2 to 3 days in the office per week)
Purolator is seeking a Summer Student to support the Return-to-Work team (disability management of occupational claims). This is a great opportunity for an individual currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution or recent graduate in Human Resources, looking to grow their experience.

If you are an ambitious self-starter, this position may be perfect for you! The role will consist of handling a variety of administrative tasks while providing support to the Return-to-Work team and employees regarding disability management-related activities, processes, strategies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Reporting of CNESST/WCB claims
- Preparation of forms and documents for the management of CNESST/WCB claims
- Answer calls and emails
- Entry and maintain data in the system
- Work closely with internal partners to communicate information
- Review and track workplace injuries in the case management system
- Send and receive the various correspondences to the CNESST/WCB
- Review and gather documentation from internal partners
- Other related duties.
Experience
- MS Office proficiency
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills
- Able to travel to the office when required
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Creative mindset, thinks outside the box and passionate about the employee experience
- Fluency in French is Required.
Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
