JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation through employee engagement, training and upskilling. This role is crucial to ensure continuous operations and knowledge support to all employees across all shifts. This role is essential in fostering a positive and functional workplace atmosphere, contributing to overall employee satisfaction and productivity.
