What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing Co-ordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the marketing team, assisting in the smooth execution of marketing initiatives, communications efforts, and community engagement activities.
Coordinate and execute digital, social media, and website content by managing intake requests, creating and publishing assets, maintaining content calendars, monitoring engagement, and tracking performance metrics to ensure consistent, on-brand communication across channels.
Support Kids Club and member engagement initiatives by managing memberships, coordinating communications and events, and executing activities that drive customer loyalty and community involvement.
Provide marketing and communications support to internal portfolios by developing materials, coordinating messaging, and executing template-based campaigns to support organizational initiatives and awareness.
Coordinate marketing production and vendor relationships by managing print and promotional materials, tracking timelines and budgets, and supporting distribution and on-site execution of events and activations.

Who you are: You are motivated and detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, supporting creative projects, and contributing to delivering consistent, engaging content and campaigns.
- You have a grade 12 education and have completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations or a related field, plus 1-2 years of Marketing, Communications, and Event experience.A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
- You have a valid class 5 drivers licence and are able to attend and coordinate events off site during the day, evenings, and weekends as required.
You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp, or similar marketing tools.
You are experienced with social media platforms and have the ability to gain proficiency with content scheduling tools.
You possess strong administrative and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
