Job Description

RAE Immigration Consulting Inc. is a rapidly growing immigration firm with strong monthly revenue, consistent client demand, and increasing case volume. We are seeking a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our team in a case-processing focused role.

This position is ideal for a junior to mid-level RCIC who is looking to gain hands-on experience, work within a structured system, and grow within a scaling immigration firm.

This is not a sales-focused role. You will be working on active client files from day one with administrative support in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and submit immigration applications, including:
• Express Entry
• Study permits
• Work permits
• Visitor visas
• Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)
• Spousal sponsorship
• LMIA-based applications
• Refusals and reconsiderations
• Review client documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Draft submission letters and supporting documents
• Communicate with clients regarding case progress
• Maintain organized and compliant client files
• Work within a structured, phase-based workflow system

Requirements

• Active RCIC license in good standing
• Strong knowledge of IRCC processes and immigration programs
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

• $45,000 to $55,000 CAD annually, based on experience
