Process Redesign Consultant

Title: Process Redesign Consultant

Location: Waterloo, ON

Duration:12 Months

Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.

Must haves:

• 6–10 years of experience in process improvement / process redesign roles.
• Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
• Hands-on experience with IT Service Management frameworks like ITIL v3 Foundation or ITIL v4.
• Solid background in business analysis (requirements, workflows, data mapping).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive change.
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• PMP certification (or in progress) is an asset.
