This RFP is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five Government Procurement and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement - Chapter Nineteen - Government Procurement.

Floor care chemicals, small equipment, and non-consumable accessories are excluded.
