We are seeking a SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to design, develop, and support Enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This role will focus on implementing and enhancing SailPoint IdentityIQ capabilities, integrating applications, automating identity lifecycle processes, and ensuring secure, compliant access across the organization.
You will work closely with IAM architects, security teams, and application owners to deliver scalable and reliable identity solutions that support onboarding, offboarding, access governance, and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities SailPoint IdentityIQ Development & Configuration
•Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions aligned with enterprise IAM standards.
•Configure and customize IdentityIQ components including workflows, rules, forms, certifications, policies, and tasks.
•Develop and enhance identity lifecycle processes for joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) events.
Application & System Integrations
•Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with target systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, JDBC databases, web services, flat files, and ServiceNow.
•Build and maintain connectors using REST, SOAP, SCIM, and JDBC technologies.
•Support API-based integrations and automation to enable seamless data exchange.
Development & Automation
•Develop custom scripts and rules using Java and BeanShell for provisioning, aggregation, and certification logic.
•Implement automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
•Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of IdentityIQ customizations.
Operations & Support
•Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents and defects in a timely manner.
•Support production deployments, upgrades, and post-release validation.
•Participate in on-call or after-hours support as required for code deployments.
Collaboration & Delivery
•Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams using tools such as Jira.
•Partner with security, audit, and compliance teams to support access reviews and regulatory requirements.
•Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Must have requirements: - 8+ years of experience in Java-based application development.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IGA platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services, JSON, and API integrations.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and identity lifecycle management.
Nice to Have - SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer, Architect).
- Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM)
- Experience in large, regulated enterprise environments (financial services is an asset).
Education: - Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred.
