December 1, to November 30, plus, at HealthPRO Canadas option, one additional two year term (the Option Term).

This RFP is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five Government Procurement and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement - Chapter Nineteen - Government Procurement.

All bidders will be required to agree to HealthPRO Canada Contract Terms and Conditions.
