Join our team as a Business Development Manager and take ownership of the full sales cycle-from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding new customers.

What you'll do:

- Hunt for new business

- Target Dormant Accounts

- Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline

- Uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities

- Strengthen customer loyalty with proactive relationship management

- Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline data

What you bring:

- Proven success in business development and B2B sales

- Experience in packaging machinery, coding/printing equipment

- Skills in selling technical solutions

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
