Salary: $110,000–$125,000 + 15% Annual Bonus
Location: 100% On-Site (Non-Negotiable)

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, support product launches, and drive revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fully in-office environment.

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within consumer products or electronics
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Comfort working in a fully on-site environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $110,000–$125,000
15% annual performance bonus
