Comme représentant en assurance collective vous travaillerez sous la direction Courtage et en étroite collaboration avec le technicien à la vente et le commis à l’administration. Votre rôle est d'accomplir les tâches nécessaires afin de vendre à des clients éventuels des régimes d'assurance collective offerts par la Société. La vente de ces régimes est habituellement faite par des intermédiaires de marché ; il assurera de développer des relations privilégiées avec ceux-ci. De plus, il doit voir à la mise en vigueur des groupes vendus et assurer le renouvellement de ces dossiers.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions et rôles suivants

  • Développer et maintenir d'excellentes relations avec le milieu corporatif (actuaires, courtiers, employeurs et autres) et au besoin avec les intervenants du milieu syndical.

  • Vendre les garanties et les services offerts par la Société aux groupes ou aux intermédiaires.

  • Maîtriser les régimes d'assurance collective tant au niveau des garanties que des arrangements financiers; privilégier notre standard au niveau du contenu des régimes et des procédures administratives.

  • Effectuer la sélection des demandes de soumission en fonction des normes en vigueur.

  • Analyser les cahiers de charges ou les demandes de soumissions et préparer la demande de taux pour acheminement à l'actuariat - assurance collective. Participer à la préparation du cahier de soumissions et de tout autre document utile à la vente des régimes d'assurance collective.

  • Présenter et vendre des soumissions aux syndicats, aux intermédiaires ou aux employeurs selon le cas, ainsi que des conditions de renouvellement aux groupes déjà assurés.

  • Assister à l'ouverture des soumissions et recueillir, si possible, les renseignements nécessaires à la préparation de l'étude comparative des soumissions.

  • Analyser notre soumission face à la concurrence, s'il y a lieu, afin de faire ressortir nos forces et nos faiblesses et faire rapport à la direction.

  • Participer à l'implantation et à l'inscription de nouveaux groupes.

  • Expliquer les régimes d'assurance aux responsables de groupes, aux assurés ou aux intermédiaires.

  • Appuyer le travail du secteur administratif en participant à l'enregistrement des nouveaux groupes et en fournissant tous les renseignements requis.

  • Vérifier et analyser les documents contractuels, les rapports statistiques et les rapports de ristourne, de façon à pouvoir les présenter correctement aux responsables de groupes ou aux intermédiaires, le cas échéant.

  • Maintenir la qualité des régimes existants en évaluant les garanties en vigueur dans les groupes sous sa responsabilité, de façon à pouvoir suggérer des améliorations répondant aux besoins identifiés.

  • Préparer, dans les meilleurs délais, les renouvellements en utilisant les rapports disponibles afin de pouvoir initier des modifications de garanties ou des ajouts au régime existant.

  • Analyser les conditions de renouvellement préparées par l'actuariat - assurance collective dans le but de pouvoir les justifier auprès des groupes.

Vos qualifications et vos talents

  • Détenir un baccalauréat universitaire en administration, option marketing, ou dans une autre spécialité pertinente.

  • Avoir une expérience minimale de cinq (5) ans dans le secteur des assurances.

  • Connaître le milieu du courtage d'assurance de personnes.

  • Détenir un permis d'intermédiaire de marché.
