Compensation
$3500 monthly + uncapped commissions

Shifts Required
Full-Time
5 Days a week, 1 weekend day required
Evening shifts required, must be available evenings until 9pm+

GENERAL Responsibilities

• Complete all new hire on boarding training to master base tasks and advanced sales tasks and habits
• Ensures ongoing upkeep and over all facility maintenance and operations
• Works with sales/leaders to ensure all member feed back and requests are being addressed and handled in a timely manner
• Able to self organize with a strong attention to detail / demonstrates proactive critical thinking skills

SALES SUPPORT

• Meet and exceed personal sales quota by monitoring sales KPIs, forecasting, fine-tuning sales processes, and ensuring company habits and non-negotiables are being followed
• Participate in events to generate new sales, such as trade shows, open houses, member appreciation nights, etc.)
• Deliver financial results by creating a positive and supportive environment, setting standards in customer service and staff training and development
• Generate sales through providing guests with tours of the facility, business to business outreach, referrals from members, and promoting the facility by distributing guest passes to prospective members
• Take part in community external outreach events and plan internal member events / pop-ups

Qualifications

• Must be proactive and a self starter
• Detailed understanding of gym membership sales processes, or relevant sales experience
• College or University degree preferred* or relevant experience
• Interest in team leadership, and hungry to grow is essential
• Understanding of personal KPI tracking and goal setting an asset
• Ability to multi-task and perform calmly in a fast paced environment
• Strong administrative skills including payroll, scheduling, ordering inventory, and report generating
