Tax Manager

IS2 Workforce Solutions is working with a growing public accounting and tax firm to hire a Tax Manager. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working through complex tax work, keeping up with changing rules, and supporting a variety of clients.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000/year (or to be negotiated)

Location: Stratford, ON (Hybrid)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and prepare tax files for corporations, individuals, estates, and trusts
• Handle more complex tax work and provide practical solutions
• Support clients with tax planning, business changes, and estate matters
• Build strong relationships with clients through clear and timely communication
• Help guide and support junior team members

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in tax within public accounting
• CPA designation
• In-Depth Tax Course completed or in progress
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
