About the job Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. Position: Recreation Workers Type: Contract Compensation: $60–$80/hour Location: Remote Duration: 3–4 weeks Commitment: 30–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Create deliverables for common requests within your professional domain. Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research . Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines. Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes. Diagnose and solve real issues in your domain to support AI model training . Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years professional experience in your respective field. Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
