Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Data Entry Clerk to support our finance team by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial data. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter financial data into accounting systems accurately and efficiently
Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
Maintain and update records of accounts payable and receivable
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Assist with reconciliations and basic bookkeeping tasks
Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records
Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in data entry or accounting support preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Good typing speed and data entry skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
