Wealth Management - Support Analyst

Role: Wealth Management Support Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 12 Month Contract

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot application and database issues in AIX and Linux environments using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Aternity
• Monitor and tune Oracle database performance and resolve SQL-related issues
• Support production deployments, batch jobs, and incident management
• Automate routine database and infrastructure administration tasks
• Work within DevOps and site reliability engineering practices using Jenkins and Ansible
• Manage and resolve incidents following ITIL-aligned processes using ServiceNow
• Support cloud-hosted applications on Azure and OpenShift including Kafka integrations

What you bring

• Hands-on experience with Java, Oracle, and PL/SQL
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Unix operating systems
• Experience with Oracle database architecture, performance monitoring, and SQL tuning
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and OpenShift
• DevOps experience with tools such as Jenkins and Ansible
• Production support background including incident management and batch job troubleshooting
• Experience working in banking or financial services

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and shell scripting
• Understanding of ITIL service management processes
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and IT service management workflows
