Tasks

• Execute and coordinate the international recruitment process, including candidate pre‑screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Ensure a smooth transition between final candidate selection and the launch of the Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) process, while maintaining a structured and consistent candidate experience.
• Prepare, manage, and organize all documentation required for immigration files, including LMIA, CAQ, and work permits.
• Coordinate immigration files with specialized immigration lawyers, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance of all information submitted.
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance, file follow‑up, and adherence to timelines throughout the entire process.
• Anticipate critical steps and potential processing risks, and perform proactive follow‑ups with the relevant authorities.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and reassuring communication with Temporary Foreign Workers, from file initiation through their arrival and integration in Canada (logistics, travel arrangements, entry documentation, relocation steps).
• Collaborate with international sourcers and partners to support talent sourcing activities and validate candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date notes, follow‑ups, and case files in the CRM and internal systems, in accordance with company documentation and compliance standards.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Job requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in international recruitment.
• Experience with Canadian immigration frameworks and processes, including LMIA, CAQ, work permits, temporary visas, and renewals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with a high level of documentation accuracy.
• Experience working with immigration lawyers (strong asset).
• Immigration certification (RCIC), an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (approximately 25% of the role is conducted in English with international partners).
• Strong proficiency with digital tools and case management systems.
