Workforce Capital is seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Plumber to join a premier HVAC and home services team. This role supports residential and commercial clients across Brantford and the surrounding areas.

Position Overview

This is a Contract-to-Permanent opportunity. You will initially join the team on a contract basis, with the clear objective of transitioning into a permanent, long-term role. As a key member of our plumbing division, you will deliver high-quality installations and repairs while ensuring every project meets the rigorous standards of performance and customer satisfaction our brand represents.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping in residential and commercial environments.

• Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, including leaks, drainage failures, and water heater malfunctions.

• Compliance: Ensure all work strictly adheres to the Ontario Building Code and local safety regulations.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with the HVAC team on integrated projects and new construction installations.

• Customer Excellence: Provide professional service by explaining repairs to clients and recommending energy-efficient upgrades.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid Ontario Plumber License (306A).

• Experience: Proven track record in residential and/or commercial plumbing.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of local building codes and safety protocols.

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.

• Professionalism: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a collaborative team member.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $42.00 – $47.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).

• Structure: Contract-to-Permanent.
