Salary: $70,000 annually + Growth Path to Management

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to join a well-established seafood processing facility in Vancouver. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal

for a senior production operator ready to step into a leadership position and grow into management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities on the plant floor

• Work alongside team members to ensure efficiency and output

• Assist with line setup and production coordination

• Monitor workflow across multiple product lines

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met

• Support shift organization and troubleshoot issues

• Collaborate with QA team on product decisions and rework

• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities over time

Required Experience

• 7 13 years of seafood production experience

• Strong knowledge of fish species and product formats

• Experience working in seafood processing plants

• Ability to support, guide, or lead team members

• Strong operational awareness and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
