Pay Range
Base Salary: $61,000 – $76,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

The Care Team Supervisor (CTS) is a fundamental role that provides essential leadership and oversight of a dedicated geographical team of PSWs and Care Team Scheduling Coordinators ensuring to provide top-notch care and support to our clients. CTS responds to escalated client or PSW issues that may involve joint visits with clients, families, and funders. The role combines both nursing clinical expertise and operational/systems proficiency to enable positive outcomes for both clients, service providers, office staff and funders. #LI-MD1
