At GroupHEALTH, we’re proud of the work we do – but it’s how we do it that truly sets us apart. We’re a fast-moving, ever-evolving, stable organization with deep roots and a bold vision: to transform the way Canadians experience benefits. In addition to delivery accountability, this role is responsible for establishing a pragmatic, easy to use Project Management framework—tightly integrated with Change Management—that enables business leaders to confidently sponsor and execute initiatives. A critical outcome of this role is building sustainable PM capability, including developing Project Coordinators and leaving behind a durable operating model that continues beyond the contract term.

This role will be hybrid but based out of our Surrey BC Office a few days a week.
