Job Description
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, enterprise technology programs, including planning, budgeting, governance, risk, and issue management
- Prioritize and align multiple concurrent workstreams across business and IT teams
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership to cross‑functional project teams and vendor partners
- Establish robust reporting, evaluation, and accountability frameworks
- Proactively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change impacts
- Support executive and stakeholder forums, incorporating feedback into delivery plans
- Champion co‑design approaches involving clients, families, frontline staff, and partners
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into technical requirements
- Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management
- Drive Agile or hybrid delivery approaches, ensuring compliance, testing, data migration, security, and post‑go‑live support
- Design and execute enterprise change management, training, and communication strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years delivering large‑scale enterprise technology implementations
- 8+ years leading complex, multi‑stream programs
- Experience delivering ERP and enterprise data platforms
- Experience with M&A integration and system harmonization
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, RPA, low‑code/no‑code)
- Experience managing major SaaS/enterprise vendors and contracts
- Certification in Agile/SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or Business
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Healthcare or regulated‑sector experience strongly preferred
