Sales Representative - Legal Services

Our client, a leading provider of legal advice and information, is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join their team! This person will consult with inbound clients and close sales for their legal service packages.

Responsibilities

• Consult with inbound prospective clients seeking legal defense for driving violations.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate legal service packages.
• Guide clients through the sales process from consultation to close.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM and other digital tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective relationship-building and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the legal and administrative team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Work from our client offices (Snowdon metro) initially, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid office / home model.

Requirements :

• Fluent spoken and written English and French (mandatory).
• Proficient with computers, including CRM systems, email, and standard office software.
• Proven sales experience, ideally in consultative or service-based environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic understanding of legal concepts is a strong asset.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Base salary of $40,000 plus commission, with total compensation of $80,000+ based on performance.
