Job description
Lead the architectural vision and governance as a Strategic Enterprise Architect. Drive the alignment of technology strategies with business objectives in a progressive and collaborative remote environment. This influential role requires extensive experience in IT leadership, specializing in Enterprise Architecture and Business Strategy. You will develop a multi-year technology plan, guide business motivation modeling, and ensure alignment with governance principles. Collaborating across global teams, you will influence key stakeholders to drive complex strategic decisions and enhance organizational capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and update a 3-Year Technology Plan • Define and maintain the Business Motivational Model • Establish Global Technology Services Principles • Lead Enterprise Capability Mapping and Target State Architecture • Oversee M&A Technology Strategy and governance alignment Requirements: • 12+ years of IT experience, 5+ in leadership roles • Proven background in Enterprise Architecture • Bachelor's or master's in related fields required • Experience in regulated industries preferred • Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills Combine your expertise in architecture and strategy to shape future technology landscapes while driving business success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
